Curriculum
and Academic Policy Proposals
The revised curriculum process now uses one Google Form for all proposal types. Complete the initiate form based on your desired curriculum change type. Once submitted, the form will go first to the Dean or Program Director for approval. After this approval, the Curriculum Clerk will share an editable Google document wiht the proposer to engage in conversation with various stakeholders and the Division Curriculum Committee.
Complete proposals (for any curricular change) should be emailed to curriculum@georgefox.edu to initiate the curriculum change process.
The deadline for a proposal with the intended catalog year of 2025 - 2026 (implementation) is Friday, September 27, 2024. Division Curriculum Committees will do all possible to review proposals submitted by this date for submission to the Registrar's Office by December 9, 2024. Additional curriculum process deadlines can be found on the Registrar's website.
Proposals will be considered in the order they are received.
