Transcript Ordering
Unofficial Transcripts
- You can view your unofficial transcript in MyGeorgeFox by clicking on “Academic Records” or “Student Resources,” then “View Unofficial Transcript.”
- If you do not have or do not remember your login or password, please contact the IT Service Desk.
- Be sure to allow pop-ups on your browser, as the transcript will open in a new tab as a PDF.
Transcripts containing only course work completed in or prior to spring 1993 are maintained exclusively in hard copy and are not available for electronic viewing in MyGeorgeFox.
To request an unofficial transcript for course work completed prior to 1993, please submit this form to the registrar’s office. Official transcripts are available per instructions above.
How to Order Your Official Transcript
All official transcript orders are placed using the electronic ordering system via our third-party provider, Parchment. A debit or credit card is necessary to order through this site.
If you are a current student or alumni …
- Log in to MyGeorgeFox > Academic Records (or Student Resources) > Official Transcript.
- If you do not have or do not remember your login or password, you may order directly through the George Fox University Parchment website or you can call the IT Service Desk to set up your MyGeorgeFox login.
- If you have recently graduated, your degree will not be listed on your transcript until your degree is awarded (conferred). This process normally takes six to eight weeks after graduation.
If you'd like to ensure your degree is awarded (conferred) within one business day of your grades being posted, you can choose the expedited degree conferral option when ordering your transcript. Once your degree is conferred, your transcript will be sent with your degree listed.
Follow these steps if you’re an alumnus/a wishing to order a transcript:
- Place an order directly through the George Fox University Parchment website.
- It will ask for your student ID or Social Security Number. If you do not have these, you may still submit your order without them and our registrar's office will do our best to match your records; this may slow processing times.
- If your last completed course work was from George Fox College or Western Evangelical Seminary prior to fall 1997, you should order your transcript directly through the George Fox University Parchment website, not through MyGeorgeFox.
Dual-credit enrollment refers to high school students who have enrolled to receive dual credit for an AP course from George Fox. In this case, be aware of the following:
- Official transcripts for students currently enrolled in an AP class will not be available to order an official transcript until late July once grades are received and posted.
- Students will receive a notification email once their credit has been posted and the transcript is available to order.
- Students who have completed their coursework should order their transcript following the instructions above for Current Students or Recent Alumni.
