Temporary Employees
Before you are able to input your hours into Timekeeping as a temporary employee, you must first sign your offer letter. Once signed, your timesheet will automatically be generated on a monthly basis in Timekeeping and you’ll be able to log your hours as you work them!
The pay period for temporary employees is from the 16th of the month to the 15th of the following. Timesheets must be locked on the 15th of the month and then approved by the supervisor by the 18th. These deadlines ensure that a temporary employee is accurately compensated on the last working day of the month.
Having trouble recording your hours in Timekeeping? For assistance, please reach out to your HR business partner as soon as possible in order to make sure you receive compensation on time!
