Student Health Insurance
Following is a summary of general insurance requirements:
- All full-time undergraduate students (12 credit hours) and full-time in-person graduate program students (PsyD, DPT, PA, MSW and OTD) are required to have health insurance coverage. All other graduate programs, online programs, ADP and special students are excluded (and not eligible).
- Undergraduate international students are required to purchase the George Fox University student medical insurance plan.
- Students must be enrolled and attending classes through add/drop day of each semester.
- Eligible students who are unable to provide proof of coverage at the time of registration will be enrolled in the Student Health Insurance program. The deadline to provide proof of coverage is add/drop day of each fall or spring semester.
The student health insurance is provided by PacificSource Health Plans.

Annual Rate
- Undergraduate: $3,435
- Graduate: $4,532
Full-Time Students Only
Fall Coverage (Aug. 16 to Dec. 31, 2024):
- Undergraduate: $1,298
- Graduate: $1,711
Spring/Summer Coverage (Jan. 1 to Aug. 15, 2025)
- Undergraduate: $2,137
- Graduate: $2,821
How to Sign Up or Decline
Once you have registered for classes, the Health Insurance Form will be available to you. To sign up for George Fox medical insurance:
- Login into your personal MyGeorgeFox account
- Click on the link “Self Service” located in the upper left-hand corner
- Click on the link “University Forms”
- Click on the link “Medical Insurance Form”
At this point you will choose which option pertains to your situation. If you decline George Fox insurance, you will need to provide information regarding your current insurance coverage.
