Spring Semester Information

The Health and Counseling Center (HCC) is shifting to using telemedicine for the remainder of the semester.

Counseling

Counseling services (for students residing in OR, CA, CO, AZ, DC, DE, FL, MN, MO, NC, NH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT) will be available for both current clients and new clients using an online, HIPPA compliant, telemedicine platform.

  • Counselors will be in touch with their current clients to assist in helping them get this set up.
  • Students who would like to establish counseling should call the HCC at 503-554-2340 to request counseling.
  • We are working with other states to see if we can obtain permission to provide counseling to students residing in states not listed above.

Medical

The HCC will have an advice nurse to assist with any medical questions you might have. We can help you determine the best course of action for your illnesses and injuries and can direct you to other providers (where you’re living) as needed.

  • Students who want a consultation about a current medical condition should call the HCC at 503-554-2340 to speak with the advice nurse.
  • Prescription refills will continue for those who are current patients. If you need a refill, contact the HCC at 503-554-2340.
