Goals and Tactics (2025-2026)

  1. Empower mission-aligned hiring practices

    1. Fully implement out-of-area hiring partnership refining processes to ensure seamless integration of out-of-area associates
    2. Work with stakeholders to identify critical content areas and design and deliver applicable supervisor training, tools and resources
    3. Design, implement formal succession planning program
  2. Build toward a seamless transition of leadership

    1. Develop and adopt framework to consistently apply for decision making, communication planning, and change management out of the operations team
    2. Produce Christian Restorative Justice Title IX Manual
  3. Equip community members to practice a culture of inclusive excellence

    1. Establish the foundational plan and vision for a new, in-house intercultural life conference. This conference, which replaces the VOICES Conference, will be hosted by MOSAIC scholars for the entire campus community. Programming will begin with a small-scale soft launch in the fall of 2025, with a full launch planned for fall of 2026.
    2. Produce IE maturity index reports to establish a baseline for institutional growth
    3. Increase supervisor confidence in compensation systems through effective communication and training
  4. Align faculty and staff reward structures that expand the mission and vision of the institution

    1. Review 100% of employee salaries for internal and market equity
    2. Survey employees regarding housing affordability, provide feedback to board of trustees task force and deliver one responsive resource or program to assist with housing affordability
