1. Engage in the creation and evaluation of AI-infused curriculum products

   1. College of Business incorporation of AI in 45 courses in business

2. Effectively deploy and apply AI to raise the capacity of university staff

   1. Launch the Applied Artificial Intelligence Institute (AI)^2
   2. Complete the first internal (AI)^2 project
      
   3. Complete an exploration of AI applications within student life to enhance administrative effienciency, personalize student communication, and optimize resouce allocation

3. Promote George Fox as the leading faith-based institution leveraging AI

   1. Creation of a product (free AI course) for students, faculty and external stakeholders
   2. Form the George Fox Faith and AI Leadership Team, adopt a core messaging framework, and provide training to effectively communicate framework elements
   3. Host inaugural "AI, Faith, and Human Flourishing" Symposium at George Fox University
