Granting Delegated Access to MyGeorgeFox
Students have the option to give another individual delegated access to view information in their MyGeorgeFox account, including:
- Student financial aid information
- Student financial information
- Payment history
- Holds
- To-do list
- Student records information
- Contact information
- Emergency contacts
Instructions for Students
- Log in to your MyGeorgeFox account and click on the tile titled “Share My Information”
- Click on "Delegate access to a new contact"
- Review and accept the terms and conditions
- Fill out contact information for the individual you wish to delegate access to, including checking the box for each item for which you want to grant access
- Click “Save”
- The individual you granted access to will receive an email with instructions on how to set up their delegated account
Note: If you want to give an individual access to be able to make a payment, you will need to grant access to the payment site in addition to granting delegated access.
Important Note to Individuals Receiving Access as a Delegate
When you receive the email granting you delegated access to a student’s account, it is important to follow the instructions exactly. For example, your username must be all uppercase letters and must begin with GD_.
