Facilities Maintenance

Our facilities maintenance group oversees the livability of student housing and the functionality of classrooms and office space. Each of our buildings requires the upkeep of complex systems, which include electricity, plumbing, heating/cooling, communications, and fire protection.

Each of these systems requires the attention of a professional Oregon-state-licensed technician for its operation. Our department consists of these dedicated technicians. We also coordinate many campus improvement projects, both during the school year and summer months.
