Printing
You can print over the wireless network to several locations using the PaperCut service. When wireless printing, you do not have control over print settings. You add your document and it prints single-sided, all pages. You must be on campus and connected to the Bruin Secure Wifi network to use this feature.
Instructions
- Log in to papercut.georgefox.edu with your MyGeorgeFox username/password
- Select “Web Print” from the menu on the left
- Select “Submit a Job”
- Select the printer closest to your location taking care to select color or B/W. Note that there are locations at the Newberg, Portland, and Medical Sciences Building locations.
- Click the “Print Options and Account Selection” button
- Enter the number of copies you want
- Click the “Upload Documents” button
- Drag the file you want to print or locate it by clicking “Upload from Computer”
- Click the “Upload & Complete” button
- Pick up your document on the selected copier

Office 365
Microsoft Office 365 allows access to Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel, and is provided to all students. To download Office 365:
- Go to login.georgefox.edu and sign into your George Fox Single Sign On (SSO) account
- Click on “Microsoft Office 365 Office Portal”
- Microsoft 365 will open in a new window or tab
- In the upper right, click on “Install apps” and then follow the prompts from there
Note: If you are not registered for a class, you will no longer be able to access your student version of Office 365. For this reason, we recommend always saving your documents to your personal device.
All official George Fox electronic correspondence will be sent to your George Fox Google Email account.
If you are graduating or leaving the university you will want to transfer or download your files from Google Drive using Google Takeout, which is used to copy everything from one Google Drive and Gmail account to move to another service or save on your own system. learn more - Google Accounts for Alumni
Classroom Technology
George Fox University strives to make teaching as smooth as possible. Our media-enabled classrooms are a step in that direction. All regular classrooms on the Newberg campus, the Medical campus, and the Portland Center campus are equipped with projectors or large TV displays with HDMI cabling and control to connect your laptop.
Equipment Reservations
Employees may reserve equipment through CheqRoom for use in classrooms and meetings. Instructions can be found on the Data Wiki: CheqRoom: How to Reserve Equipment. All reservations are customer pick-up and customer return.
Students may check out equipment at the Newberg library circulation desk.
