FAQ

To start your day, you’ll want to check in at the location of the department you’ll be joining. Not sure where they’re located? That’s OK! Check out our campus map or reach out to your HR business partner or hiring manager for the specific location.

There is a new hire paperwork packet that you will need to complete on or before your first day of employment and submit to the Office of People & Culture.

On your first day, you will need to bring your acceptable I-9 document(s) and bank documentation (a paper, voided check or official direct deposit form from your bank) if you wish to select direct deposit.

As you become immersed in your new role at the university, you’ll experience at least three levels of onboarding:

  • New hire orientation
  • The new employee onboarding program
  • Department-specific training

Your HR business partner is here to help! Please reach out to them with any questions or concerns you might have leading up to your first day.
