High School Dual Credit
George Fox University’s dual and direct credit programs exist to give students at partner high schools the opportunity to earn college credits without having to leave their high school campus.
Dual Credit
What is the benefit of participating in George Fox’s dual-credit program?
By offering college-level courses in high school:
- Students will be better equipped to transition into a post-secondary institution.
- There is a significant cost and time savings for degree completion.
- Students will be challenged to achieve a higher level of learning and critical-thinking skills.
In the dual credit program, our high school partners have collaborated with George Fox faculty to offer college courses that will count toward a college degree. Each course is carefully assessed by George Fox faculty to ensure college-level rigor and curricular alignment are in place.
