High School Dual Credit
Did you know, as a high school student, you have the opportunity to earn college credit while concurrently completing your high school requirements? George Fox University is partnering with local high schools to offer college-level courses as part of our dual-credit program.
Each course is carefully assessed by George Fox faculty to ensure college-level rigor and curricular alignment are in place. In order to receive transcripted credit, you must receive a “C-” or better in the course. Fees apply and are non-refundable.

Partner With Us
High schools can elect to offer dual-credit courses taught by their own instructors and sponsored by George Fox University faculty.
Following are the steps to take to make this a reality at your high school:
-
The high school administrator submits a New Course/Instructor Approval Form along with appropriate documentation (including syllabi and copies of instructor transcripts) to the Early College Program. A George Fox faculty liaison will then review the syllabi to determine curriculum alignment and rigor.
-
Once the course and instructor are approved, the Early College Program will provide access to our online administrative orientation and will connect the high school instructor to their discipline specific GFU faculty liaison.
-
High school instructors will have access to professional development events, networking opportunities with peers in their subject area, and ongoing support from subject expert GFU faculty liaisons.
George Fox University is a member of the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP).
