Tim Rahschulte, PhD
Professor of Business

Tim Rahschulte joined George Fox University’s College of Business in July 2007. He teaches in the Doctor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration programs. Rahschulte has more than two decades of professional management experience in for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He started his career in corporate finance for a multi-billion dollar company in which he successfully managed dozens of bond indentures and average daily investments of $200 million. He also served as a management consultant and director in a venture-funded technology start-up. He later served as chief learning officer in Oregon’s state government.
Rahschulte is a sought-after business lecturer across the U.S. and has lectured outside the U.S. in Oxford, Shanghai, Beijing and Athens. He focuses his research on best practice solutions for high-performance organizations and operational excellence. He has authored dozens of articles in academic and practitioner journals, including International Journal of Knowledge Management Studies, International Journal of Knowledge, Culture, and Change Management, Human Resource Development Quarterly, Effective Executive, International Academy of Business and Public Administration, and Advances in Business Research Journal. He also has coauthored the following books:
